Jus want to thanks all those ppl who took e effort to come for MPFSC's Family Day today. A big big thank you! You guys did an amazing job today, so much so that she wanted us to help in their future programmes. Anyway, that's beside e pt. The pt is, really hope u guys had fun today! =)

The big splash i think is ard there.
I think we shld coordinate our attire.

it's currently in a very chaotic state
cos e organisation didnt rpy my emails nor calls.

Time: 7.30am to 12.30pm
Jobs: games waden, relay helpers, marshals, ushers etc.
expecting a crowd of over 100 participants.
Target group: low income families (all ages)
*Please let me know if u have first aid skills

2. Just 1 Yayasan MENDAKI trip
Date: either 9th june (Mon) or 16th june (Mon)
We'll decide based on the most no. of ppl that can make it on e day.
Time: 10am to 12pm
9 June, Monday, 10am – 12nn: Learning Visit to National Museum of Singapore-The Singapore Leading Gallery
16 June, Monday, 10am – 12nn: Learning Visit to National Museum of Singapore-Imprint by Twardzik Ching Chor Leng/Draw!
Transport will be provided.

i jus received a lot of rplies from e various organisation.
n it means we have a lot of organisations wanting help from us.

so im wondering if u guys r fine with doing
more than one reach activity this hol.

Firstly, we have Marine Parade Family Centre
they r holding a Family Day
on 14th Jun, from 7.30am to 12.30pm
(games waden, relay helpers, marshals, ushers etc.)
–expecting a crowd of over 100 participants.
Target group – low income families – all ages.
u guys want to go for this?

Also,
Student care centre
Age group – P1 to P6
we could help us with programmes planning and executing on stipulated dates or during the school holidays …
or providing tuition for our students during school term.
SCC is an after school care centre
– hence, tuition - daily from 2:30pm to about 4:30pm
we could also plan for games/activities during the breaks.
No. of students – over 50 paxs.



Secondly, we have Yayasan MENDAKI
we can help out at some of the trips
which i personally find it quite exciting.

9 June, Monday, 10am – 12nn: Learning Visit to National Museum of Singapore-The Singapore Leading Gallery

14 June, Saturday, 2pm – 4pm: Parents Interest Group-‘Understanding Different Parenting Styles’ @ Sembawang FSC

16 June, Monday, 10am – 12nn: Learning Visit to National Museum of Singapore-Imprint by Twardzik Ching Chor Leng/Draw!

For all of these activities, we will have transport provided, pick-up & drop-off points.



btw, Tampines Service Centre rplied n said our grp is too big.
so we shall not do our reach there.



n im thinking of doing the family day n maybe one trip or even more for Yayasan MENDAKI.

This will be our dicussion board for our CG reach activity.

We are planning to help Marine Parade Family Service Centre.
so we're supposed to oragnise either groupwork or workshop for the kids in the centre.

So can everybody leave some suggestions on what we can do for the centre on the blog.
